Overview
About Me
I'm a spontaneous, happy and sportive girl who loves some adventure and challenges. Sometimes I can have this mood, in which I hang on to the child in me. That means, being very energetic, carefree and playfull. I enjoy helping other people out. I love to meet lots of new people and learn about their lives.:)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I would love to meet people who I would never met otherwise. I think couchsurfing is a greet way to meet this people, and it is wonderfull that people want to share their home with strangers. I think (actually truly hope) only good things come out of it. Unfortunately I don't have enough space to host couchsurfers, but I hope to have a wonderfull first experience of couchsurfing myself in Canada.
Interests
I've participated in a lot of sports, among which surfing, wakeboarding, korfbal (typical dutch), volleybal, tennis and I started to learn kitesurfing. I also like to use my hands to create something (currently learning myself to crochet). I've played the flute several years, maybe I want to learn to play the guitar, because I love it when someone is playing it at a bonfire :) I'm also interested to hear and learn about cultures and people from all over the world, to see through their eyes how the world is at other places.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
- Interrailing with my sister after high school graduation. It was a lovely time together
- At the moment I'm helping my sister with refurbishing a huge building in which she wants to make 'a common living room' for the city. I'm helping her with a lot of painting, putting in the floor and a lot of other tasks.
- eating a luxe bakery under a bridge in the rain, on my interrailtrip
- Biking 400km through belgium with a good friend
