We are both from Europe. François is belgian and I, Inès, am french. We both used to live abroad and we are always looking for new experiences and new places to visit. We are openminded and like to meet people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I (Ines) have travelled a lot since I am a child. My mother is from Rwanda, and my dad is french. I've lived almost 10 years in Africa (Rwanda, Gabon, Congo) and travelled a lot across Europe when I was a student in Belgium. Today, I am doing a gap year. I've spent 3 months in Brazil where I learned a bit of portuguese, since January, I and François leaved in Montreal. We are going home in June but we are now planning a two months long journey across the US and Canada.

I(François)travel quitte a lot too but never as much as Inès. I had the chance to do a one year long exchange in beautiful New Mexico. Then my parents and I hosted a n exchange student from Tailand and then another one from Washington state for half a year. We also had plenty of exchange students from all around the world for shorter periods. That were all rich humans experience. We plan on hosting on coach surfing once we'll have our place.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far, we haven't done any couchsurfing. We are excited to have our first experience!

Interests

Like making food for our hosts, discuss about our and their travelling experience, getting to know local cultures and having one or several drinks with friends !
