About Me

In 2014 I travelled in South America for half a year. It was one of the best experiences I've ever had, with new experiences and adventures. For the first time I was able to travel on my own, and I learned so much about the world and myself.

In my mother tongue we have this term, "having a travel fever", which describes the thrilling feeling in the pit of your stomach when you think about future journeys, which is the reason why whenever I can, I go travel. I recently moved to Australia on a working holiday visa.

I'm very easygoing, love a good laugh and I'm always up for new adventures!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've heard tons of amazing couchsurfing stories, and would love to experience similar things myself!

Interests

I love spending time with my family and friends. I love meeting new people, traveling, new cultures. I like listening to good music, watching plays and movies and a good night out dancing.

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen to almost anything; indie rock, alternative, rap, salsa, pop, jazz etc. Also I really enjoy music from the 80s, 90s and early 00s (no shame!)
Favorite song of all time: What A Feeling - Irene Cara

I read a lot. Usually, I just pick up a book at a hostel and end up falling in love. Recent reads: Beatles by Lars Saabye Christensen, Gone Girl by Gillian Flynn and 1Q84 by Haruki Murakami.

I love horror movies. Also, I'm really into psychological thrillers, comedies, and some dramas.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Swam with hammerhead sharks in the Galápagos Islands. Truly one of the most amazing experiences I've ever had. Pretty scary, though. Seeing the giant tortoises, sea lions and colorful fishes was a plus.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'd love to meet locals and learn how everyday life is in the places I visit. Getting to know a place is not about visiting all the tourist attractions. Also, I'd love to practice my Spanish and learn French.

Countries I’ve Visited

Argentina, Australia, Azerbaijan, Bolivia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Canada, Colombia, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Ecuador, England, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Italy, Kosovo, Macedonia, Malaysia, Monaco, Montenegro, Myanmar, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Russian Federation, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Thailand, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States
