I can't stop travelling. It started when I was 18 and received a travel scholarship through my school. I ended up in the Philippines visiting my cousin. I had always dreamt about going somewhere far away and different from Sweden and this surely was just that. After this I began travelling every year if not more and I don't regret it.

Some of my favorite memories include being 18 and staying alone overnight in a very secluded village on the Bicol peninsula in the Philippines, scuba diving in the Philippines, interrailing across Europe with two good friends, playing football with Samger FC from the Gambian top division, going by train from Moscow to Beijing, horseback riding in Mongolia, going bankrupt in Las Vegas, camp out in Iceland and visiting Havana. Not to mention all the nice people I have met. Hopefully there will be more places to visit and people to meet.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I realized that my trips where I interacted a lot with locals tended to be more memorable. Even if it was just a friendly advice, sharing a meal, going on an adventure together or sleeping on their couch I am very grateful for all the nice people that I've met on my journeys.

When I heard about couchsurfing it seemed very logical to check it out and so far I am very happy I did. :-)

兴趣

Ofcourse traveling is a big part of my life. There are so many places I want to visit. Island hopping in Oceania has been a dream of mine for some time.

I love watching movies. Almost anything from a Chaplin classic to a new superhero movie.

I used to play football, now I mostly watch it. Arsenal forever.

Music - usually pop, rock or pop rock. My favorite concerts I've attended (which are far to few) are Rammstein, Phoenix and Tove Lo.

Movies - Sooo many but if I had to pick one it would probably be 2001: A Space Odyssey.
