ABOUT ME

Hi, I’m Kathi, 27. I’d say I’m curious, peaceful, easy-going, I love adventures, and am a happy being :). I study psychology and started my psychotherapy training two years ago. Apart from psychology, I love languages, I studied anglistics in university and there is always one language I learn or try to improve – right now, it’s Spanish and Arabic.
Apart from that, there are so many more things I love… cats haha :D (especially fat cats :P), alpacas, festivals (mostly electro, but also reggae), acting, singing (with mediocre skills :P), travelling (of course), literature, meditation, good laughs and conversations… and I have a strong attraction for the sea (at any temperature and weather) and the moon.
So I guess paradise for me would be sitting in another country, in front of the sea, with a few lovely people and a fat cuddly cat on my lap :D

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

For me, couchsurfing is just the best way of travelling I can imagine :)! I think it’s a very, very lovely bunch of people on this site, and I adore the free spirit, fun, and laid- back vibes.
For now, I found every encounter with a couchsurfer to be so positive and rewarding!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I really got into Couchsurfing while I was working as a teaching assistant in the UK and I was fortunate enough to be hosted by really amazing people.

Back in Germany, I'd love to host but the tiny town I live in is not exactly the number one travel destination for people who decide to visit Germany :P - unjustly though, it's actually a really beautiful little place full of students, so if you like to travel off the beaten track, do come visit as long as I'm still here haha :D!

Intereses

Apart from what I've said, travelling is a huge Passion and my ideal is to stay in a country for a Long time to really get to know the People and the culture.

Books: The Reader, The unbearable Lightness of Being, The Perfume, Krabat, Siddhartha.
I'm into electronic Music,Reggae, French and Spanish Songs but also just every song that puts me into a mood.

I travelled latin america for half a year and loved it.
