Overview
About Me
I am a student, I will always be. I think that is what defines me: Learning.
To be brief, I like to do stuff, I like going out, meeting people, talking to them. I like sports too: I have practiced Soccer, Judo and Table Tennis at a competitive level. I also like Tennis, Swimming and Racquetball, but these are mostly hobbies.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
It is an amazing opportunity to help and be helped. To meet and be met. We, as humans, need to socialize. Couchsurfing is kicking it out of the park doing this and I wanna be part of it.
Interests
I like programming a lot; It's what makes me, me. Playing video games (WoW, CoD) used to be a big thing for me too, however, I don't have much time for this anymore. I try to engage in outdoors activities at least three times a week: everything from playing a soccer match, to taking a hike through the mountains.

Music, Movies, and Books
As for music, I can listen to any type of music, but my favorites tent to fluctuate from time to time. As an example, a couple of weeks ago, I was obsessed with classical music: from Beethoven to Bach, passing through Stamitz, Mozart and Haydn; now, my obsession has shifted to The Beatles. The music they made is absolutely amazing. Who knows what will entrap me tomorrow.
Books before movies, always. My favorite book is The picture of Dorian Gray, however my favorite author is Edgar Alan Poe.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
On new years eve of 2013, I slept on the Grand Central station in New York and woke up to 5 dollars someone had given me; somebody thought I was a homeless person. This, I could say, has been one of the most enriching experiences of my life (not for the 5 bucks, but for what I learned that day).
Teach, Learn, Share
I have always been a big fan of teaching: I have taken Teacher Assistant positions at both Universities I've been (Colombia and US) and I have absolutely loved it. I could teach Spanish, Computer Programming, Judo, Table Tennis and some sick Soccer tricks that never work when I try them.
