ABOUT ME

I would describe myself a cheerful person with warm heart. I've been now living in Helsinki for 5 years after spending colourful years working in Greece and Portugal. In my childhood I always used to play travel agency with my little sister (who was sometimes very bored with that play!!!) and ever since I obviously have had the itchy feet...

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm glad if I can help travellers with some travel and culture information about my city and country. I have pretty much freetime alongside my work so I can even be a travel mate :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

This is brilliant! I have been showing around my city to visitors a few times, and I have met one couchsurfer in Ibiza. In addition, I have been giving tips about Helsinki and Finland by email to Couchsurfers who have contacted me, but who I couldn't met due to other plans.

Interests

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

* Snowboard-competition held on the beach in JULY in Southern-Portugal!
* Flying above big cities in the night and seeing the amazing lights of cities like Paris and Las Vegas.
* skiing and walking on the ice cover of the sea
* steps of Bom Jesus- church in Braga, Northern-Portugal

Teach, Learn, Share

Finnish cooking, language and for example some Nordic sports like cross country-skiing and skating, picking up berries in the forest etc. experiences in beautiful Finnish nature
