Three main resaons:

- I don't really like the touristy tourists and the typical tourist places - I want to explore and see places from the viewpoint of a local
- I am interested in different cultures and in people
- I am a student and it is cheaper to travel if I use Couchsurfing

兴趣

I like taking pictures with my film camera. As a wannabe writer I love reading and writing, listening to interesting conversations, cycling, listening to good music and finding adventures.

I tried to find a last.fm genre tag cloud generator and found out, that those things don't exist anymore after the last site update. What a shame - I can never remember the names of bands I like. In short - my favourite band is The National and I can find something to enjoy in every genre.

My favourite book is The Clown by German writer Heinrich Böll, I reread it every autumn. I grew up reading Harry Potter series and other fantasy books, now I mostly read magic-realism books or poetry.

I am not a big fan of movies, some of my favourites are On the Road, The Prestige, Dancer in the Dark, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless mind.

I have a black cat. I found her on the street as a kitten.

Also Glastonbury music festival was pretty amazing.
