Usually I'm not really up to sightseeing as I've seen most of the city a few times by now. However if its a weekend, we could maybe go out or something :)
If you feel like it we could make a meal together with some white wine or beer :)

If you wanna impress, I'm a big fan of milk chocolate!

PS: I'd prefer if you guys would request a stay for up to a week before arriving in Copenhagen. I'm unable to decide on a requests too far ahead.

I think couchsurfing is a great way to come into contact with people you might otherwise no have met. I think is very nice to hear people's stories and help them along their journey :) I, myself have never couchsurfed (yet) but I really like the concept :)
