ABOUT ME

I'm a marxist feminist studying history of the life of women.
I work as an audiovisual translator doing subtitles for films and TV series, which is hard work but fun!
I'm working and studying most of the time, but I make a point of regularly carving out some time to be out with friends to bars, nightclubs, cinema, museum exhibitions or just at home.

I can't always host, but I'm very often available for a coffee, drink, visit to a museum, cultural walk... I live near Rua Augusta, an area filled with bars, nightclubs, restaurants and cinemas, so, that's always an option for a visit.

音乐、电影和书籍

Films: Argentinian films are my favourites for their themes and aesthetics. I watch a lot of Indian films (bollywood and parallel) and have a history with European cinema. The thing is I have a soft spot for films from countries I know little about. I've been excited about South Asian, Middle Eastern and East European films recently.

Music: First and foremost - British indie (lots of Arctic Monkeys and Royal Blood at that), British punk and folk, too. Goth music from anywhere. Other than that, I enjoy folk and traditional music from many places like the Balkans, Arabic countries, Latin America, Europe and India.

I also love Modernism, particularly in architecture and visual arts, like the Russian futurists and constructivism.
