ABOUT ME

Hi! I am Malaysian, but I currently reside in France for my studies, and I enjoy travelling to experience different cultures and meeting different kinds of people =)

I am extremely passionate about music, even though it's not part of my career, as it gives me a lot of pleasure. I play several instruments such as the piano (my main instrument!), the French horn, and the cello.

Movies: Casablanca, Spirited Away, Metropolis, Amélie, Breathless, Mean Girls, Pulp Fiction, the Harry Potter series (they are an essential part of my childhood!)

Music: Anything classical, ranging from Bach, Beethoven, Chopin, Wagner, Stravinsky, Poulenc to modern composers like Pierre Boulez and Osvaldo Golijov. I enjoy operas, but somehow I just don't like musicals except for West Side Story and Cats. I find contemporary music pleasing, but it's just not my cup of tea.

Books: I enjoy reading classics, mostly the works of Shakespeare, Dickens, Gustave Flaubert, Alexandre Dumas, et Victor Hugo.
