Overview
About Me
I am a 26 year old Dutch entrepreneur from Breda. I have a business in Amsterdam but can usually also work from home. I love to not be tied down to any one location for my work; I even want to start traveling the world while working next year.
I currently live in a nice apartment in the city centre of Breda with one roommate. In my spare time I love to go out for a jog, go wakeboarding or snowboarding (depending on the season). I generally suck ass at karaoke and I have a strong disliking for horses. Other than that I'm pretty much okay with everything.
I try to read a lot of books and also like the occasional series (I loved BB, House of Cards and Bloodline!). The city centre of Breda is also perfect for going out and snagging a few beers, which I reckon you should try too at least once while you're here!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love meeting new people and getting to know them better. I think it is important to know people from all over the world to live a culturally enriched life. Also I would love to travel the world somewhat more (never been outside of Europe) and figured that this would be a nice way to find people who could show me around. Vice versa I'd also love to show people around in my town of course!

Music, Movies, and Books
I have a very broad taste in music, but I tend to visit a lot of Dutch Techno festivals. I also like Jazz music, some Pop music, Hip Hop and Accoustic.
When it comes to movies I like the psychological thrillers. A few of my favorites are Shutter Island and Memento. I also like some more lighthearted movies like the recent 'the Big Short' and 'Deadpool'.
I used to read a lot of fiction (read all the Harry Potter books, yes, I am that kind of geek) but currently I am reading non fiction exclusively. Most books are business related, I guess my favorite would be 'the 4 hour work week' by Tim Ferris. A book that's all about finding your true passion and how to make money working remotely.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I once accidentally biked into a wall and knocked my front teeth out when I was little.

What I Can Share with Hosts
I could teach you Dutch. I can cook. I love to go out on adventures or do activities like wakeboarding, snowboarding or mountainbiking. I'll bring along the famous Dutch stroopwafels.
