ABOUT ME

I‘m half Icelandic and half Canadian, born and raised in Iceland with one foot in Canada. I speak Icelandic and English fluently as well as Icelandic Sign Language and then I‘m at varying stages of fluency in a bunch of other languages. I kind of love languages...

Anyway, I like to consider myself as very kind and giving. I love hanging out with close friends or in good company. I laugh a lot (not kidding) and find humour in pretty much everything. Although my own jokes tend to fail quite often.

Anything artsy really.
I love to learn about new things, I like to draw and paint. I am a certified stylist and makeup artist and love to help people feel beautiful. I like to try to find beauty in everything and have been known to amuse myself for hours simply looking around at the world we live in.

Music, Movies, and Books

Anything and everything depending on my current mood.

I always love a good fantasy novel, I‘m obsessed with magic, elves, dwarves, wizards and any and all other magical creatures and things. I love mythology as well.

I can listen to pretty much anything, I‘ve been listening to a lot of indie/folk music lately with a sprinkling of Elvis Presley.

I‘ve also been into watching loads of 80‘s movies these past few weeks but will watch almost anything as long as it does not involve horror. That is just a genre I can‘t handle.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Moved to South Korea for 6 months and learned Korean.
