ABOUT ME

I am a student, traveller, optimist and nature lover. Growing up in Munich, Germany, and an international surrounding, I now have friends from all over the world. I have been travelling in Europe and now expended to Asia with a first stop in Thailand and maybe visiting also the neighbour countries on my journey. I am straightforward, happy, fun and enjoy being on my own as well as the company and exchange with interesting people.
I love to experience new things and get to know other people from various cultures, backgrounds and different perspectives. I am open-minded, curious, enjoy to share life stories and experience of different life realities.
Being a student at an international university in „Integrative Ecosocial Design“, I am interested in creating a sustainable culture for the well-being of the earth and all people. The pathway is focused around transformative action learning and combines theory with practice, which has given me the opportunity to engage in different projects in areas like ecology, green building, community living, sustainable business, education or collaborative communication.
One of my most favourite places is to be is in nature, going outside, interacting with animals, doing sports … I love the ocean, mountains or beautiful forests. Besides I am vegetarian, like good food and creative design or art. Living with the flow, I follow my interest to experience life fully and enjoy every moment of it.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Travel is a passion of mine and I love to explore other cultures and countries, to meet people from all around the world and all walks of life ... to experience the beauty and diversity of our human family. I joined couchsurfing because it offers possibilities to meet and stay with local people in many different places. I enjoy interesting conversations, local knowledge, the non-touristic perspective to beautiful places and cultural exchange.

Interests

My interests are broad and around many fields, the latest include martial arts, animals, art, creative design, diving, snorkelling, swimming, travelling, nature, horse riding, circus arts or music. I am passionate about sustainable development, cultural communication, social justice and ecological living and many other topics, which I like to explore in interesting conversations…

Music, Movies, and Books

I love music - a variety of styles and artists, I play the piano and enjoy listening to songs. I read hundreds of books and they all played a part in my life journey - I don't really have any "favorites", rather a whole spectrum of things that I appreciate.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Too many amazing things to pick out one ... some short, small, big, exciting, touching, life-changing, beautiful ... I like to enjoy the present moment of life fully and live a deep, rich and meaningful life. Some of my many amazing experiences include star gazing in the dessert, seeing wild elephants, diving in tropical oceans, cold and light blue waterfalls in Lao, the smile of a stranger, playing with children in mud, running in rice fields, midnight walks with sunhsine in the artic and many more... :-) Thank you for this amazing LIFE!
