I am a rather cheerful guy, I love photography, I have been doing photojournalism for more than 15 years, I have been able to visit and work in different cities in several countries. I am passionate about nature, I am very good at cooking (mainly Mexican cuisine), I like to laugh, tell stories, walk, ride a bike, I do sport climbing (my level is currently rusty, basic level), I really enjoy meeting people new from different cities and cultures, I love to eat, I am very affectionate, I love to make friends, I love animals (dogs mainly), I like to read, music and movies.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm interested of being able to share experiences with people from any part of the world, I would like to be able to show the city where I live and its peculiarities, its street life, its bars, its gastronomy, its music and everything that Madrid has to offer. whoever visits it.

I like to form strong bonds of friendship with people from other latitudes with whom I may or may not share common interests. The nice thing about meeting people from other places is that you learn endless new things all the time and that is definitely the reason why I am in Couchsurfing.

I really like photography, it is one of my greatest passions without a doubt, reading, music, movies, bike rides or walking, bars, daily life, architecture, plants, animals and nature . Despite living in a city like Madrid, I like to take the occasional getaway to nature, lakes, reservoirs, mountains or simply a park where I can lie on the grass and enjoy a moment of relaxation.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have survived cancer!

For almost three years I was fighting the disease, undergoing various chemotherapy regimens to defeat the bug, and I did it! After overcoming cancer my life is not the same. Now I try to enjoy day to day a little more even though my energy is no longer the same as it was before falling ill.

Teach, Learn, Share

One of my passions in life is photography, I love being able to share about what I have learned and what I like to do, tricks or lessons that I have mastered over time.

From Madrid, which is the city where I live, I can share and teach endless peculiar places, the life of the authentic Madrid and not what is sold to tourists all the time, the day to day of this cosmopolitan city and its corners that are kept suspiciously for those of us who live here.
