ABOUT ME
I like weather but not fog, and I have lots of sweaters and socks. I like fog when I haven't seen it in months. I am the kind of person that likes to be in the passenger seat, awake, for long drives. I don't like to stop on road trips. I just like to keep looking out the window while the car moves. I listen to KPFK anytime I go out, on the radio and I was born on a Thursday.

Music, Movies, and Books
I think Bowerbirds are probably my favorite deep down. I like Mountain Man because I like the idea of singing with no instruments with my two best friends. Warpaint I think deserves to be famous along with the Growlers, and on most days I listen to traditional folk music or something that could have been traditional folk music.
I like movies about high school made in the eighties and nineties, ending with Mean Girls. This includes Can't Buy Me Love, Better Off Dead, The Heathers, Cruel Intentions, Clueless, Breakfast Club, but does not include Sixteen Candles because it's rapey. On the same note but not about high school I also love The Goonies, Lost Boys, and Repo Man. Tarantino and Wes Anderson, blah blah blah. I like Amelie too but if you like french films and you want to watch something kind of on the same note you might like L'Auberge Espangole. Like Amelie it's a magic realist piece but it's also a trilogy.
My favorite author is Bukowski. I have read all his novels. I also like political humorous science fiction, specifically Vonnegut, specifically Cat's Cradle. I also love Martian Chronicles and 1984. I do not like Kerouac. If you meet me, I will tell you in a mouthful why. Once I vinn diagramed the differences between Kerouac and Bukowski and you would be surprised how much they have in common. If you liked the movie Finding Llewyn Davis I recommend the book Positively Fourth Street.
I'm half french and a quarter welsh so I am aloud to like overtly hipster things like Amelie and Finding Llewyn Davis.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
When I fell in love.
Oh, and I had an unmedicated home-birth. It lasted 72 hours. That wasn't that bad though.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you that I like to learn and share my book list.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can make crepes off the top of my head. I can make vegan biscuits. If you're a vegan/no gluten I can make a veggie stir fry. And if you're a raw vegan I can bring some fruit.
