ABOUT ME

Hey I'm Lisl, a girl from Bavaria who spent the last 6 years in the beautiful mountains of Tyrol, Austria for studies and of course for the outdoor sports.
I'm curious about exploring new places, meeting all these different people, sharing stories and laughers, learning from each other and after a while heading back home to realize that I'm also definitely a family (and friends :)) person and that I know what I'm looking forward to when coming home.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've been couchsurfing in New Zealand and Australia so far. Amazing people and great inspirations! Definitely one of the better days (and nights :)) on my trip! In my opinion traveling is about the people and couchsurfing is the best way to get to know them in different places. And for sure you find the most hidden spots with couchsurfing hosts! When thinking about my last trips the moments I remember at first are those of my couchsurfing adventures!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Moving to Innsbruck and finding the loveliest room mates to share a flat with, to laugh your ass of, to have the biggest and most delicious meals with, to share your whole life with...you girls are such a gift!

Driving around New Zealand and travelling part of Australia by myself (this actually includes heaps of amazing things!)

Climbing Mt Arthur in New Zealand. 6 hours of not meeting anyone in the middle of the - so beautiful! - nowhere. Only me, my music and the mountains. Maximum of freedom!

Teach, Learn, Share

Everything I like doing (have a look at my interests :)) I'm happy to share & teach (if I can haha).
Always up for climbing or bouldering - indoor and outdoor!
As I can't sing at all (honestly!) I definitely need to learn to play a music instrument. I used to play the piano when I was a kid but that's way too long ago...I do miss making music, so maybe you can teach me a new music instrument?
