Hi! My name is Imke and I live in the Netherlands, since this country is a bit small I've seen just about most of it and I like to move around and out of it whenever I get the chance. I don't mind being on my own but I like to share good times with people, talk over a cup of coffee or an any other part-of-the-day-drink and share life experiences. I'm curious by nature and active in mind, love to move around but not in the touristy kind of sense so I usually skip the big sightseeings and turn to forests, beaches, side-way streets in big cities and just hang out with cool people!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Taking a 20 hour long train trip from South to North India with an attempted bag-snatcher sitting across the hallway staring at me the entire night, and out of pure survival mode making friends with an Indian business man that didn't feel like talking to me but turned out to be the sweetest and social travel companion and saved my life and/or bag.
