ABOUT ME
I used to be a lawyer who didn't want to spend his entire life inside an office, i wanted to travel, meet new people and different cultures, maybe one day be selling coconuts in a beach or cooking in a restaurant far away.
Nowadays I'm making my dream come true! I'm doing a working holiday trip across Australia. At the moment living in Sydney, where i finally became a Chef!. In a couple of months I'd like to move to Melbourne, and then travel across Asia!. Next...working holiday France!
This is my new blog where i started sharing my experiences in Australia, written in English and Spanish:

PHILOSOPHY
Don’t ever let someone tell you that you can’t do something./ Nunca dejes que nadie te diga que no puedes hacer algo.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I started using Couchsurfing last year and I loved it! I stayed with William when I first arrived in Sydney, and then on my first trip to Melbourne I stayed with Mal having another great experience. I hope to keep making Couchsurfing friends during my trip across Australia and Asia, and then, the day that I comeback to Buenos Aires I'll be waiting for them!
Interests
I love food, cooking and eating. I think that the best way to learn about a new culture or people, is learning about their food and gastronomy.
I also love good coffee and tea, in particular if you can share it with a good friend. Besides I'm keen on football and tennis, in my free time i go running, love reading books, also writing sometimes, and obviously like everybody here I love traveling, knowing new places and learning about different cultures!
Diving! I can't wait to dive in the Great Barrier Reef!

Music, Movies, and Books
I read lot of classic authors (like Hemingway, Kafka, Dostoyevsky, Dickens,Tolstoy, Shakespeare, Cortazar, Borges, etc), also some gastronomy books, nowadays reading some history books and biographies (like Napoleon, Alexander The Great, Mandela).
About films i have a wide range interest, some examples: from Star Wars, Batman, and Back to the future, to The Godfather and Scent of a woman, going through Notting hill, The notebook or some series like How i met your mother or Walking dead. I will never say no to an invitation to watch any film.
About music, wide range too, i like international rock (U2, Coldplay, Beatles, Rolling Stones, etc), some Jazz music (Norah Jones, Ray Charles, etc), and some romantic music in Spanish (Joaquin Sabina, Luis Miguel, Abel Pintos, etc).
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The Tongariro Alpine Crossing in New Zealand with extreme weather conditions! 19 kms hiking/climbing on a volcanoes area with -3° temperatures, 70 km/h winds and lot of rain!
Traveling across Tasmania without a car (tricky).
Teach, Learn, Share
I could cook for you, or better with you.
Share stories about our trips. I also like talking about law, human rights, etc. , even now that I'm tired of working as a lawyer.
I'm starting to learn French! Any help will be welcome!
What I Can Share with Hosts
I have some stories about my life to tell, and not only about the trips.
And also I think that I'm a good listener.
