Besides travelling, of course, reading, climbing, tennis, cooking and eating, going to museums, watching movies, theatre. I very much like to go hiking, it's the best way to relax. Currently I spend a lot of time to explore London and to discover new places in this great city.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

All the books from Bill Bryson - I love the way he describes the people he met on this travels. It's so much fun to read his books. Start with "Down under" if you haven't read his books yet.

Reading is one of my hobbies, in particular books about politics, history and economic topics but also entertaining novels and "classical" literature especially Russian literature. I also love to read any kind of travel literature (e.g. Colin Thubron, Paul Theroux).
