ABOUT ME

Hej hej, my name is Tessa and I'm 27. In 2015 I finished my studies to be a teacher (german, politics and economics/social studies, ethics, german as a foreign language), but didn't get a job, so I just started to work as a integration helper for kids at a primary school and I want to start my Ph.D.
I would say I'm an interested and open-minded person who wants to explore the world and especially Scandinavia and the North, 'cause my heart belongs there.
I like to learn new languages and use them! :) At university I learn swedish and norwegian and try to improve my skills through music, tv and books.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I surfed three times in Copenhagen, Malmö and Göteborg and it was just awesome! I stayed at different Hosts and they were all incredibly nice people! I definitely want to surf again!

I'm here 'cause I think you can explore a city and a country way better if someone who lives there can show you around and tell you about the history and all the 'really cool' places! :)

Interests

The thing I love the most is live music and going to concerts and festivals, so you mostly find me in the front row! :) (I'm the tiny girl, wearing a band-shirt and singing very loud) :D

When I'm at home, I like to share some time with my friends, listen to music and sometimes just chillin' on my own.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In 2015 I flew with some good friends to Rome, explored the city, drove to Napels, swam in the ocean and had the best time with amazing people at a livingroom-concert by Frank Turner! The next day, we had an awesome city walk through Napels and great food!

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you some german (of course :P) and how to sing really badly, but have the best time while doing it :D (you don't wanna hear me singing!) :D

If I visit you, I would love to learn a bit of your language and the history of your city! And of course it would be great if you could show me around your city and spend some time with me! :)
