What can I tell you about myself...

Although I was born Mercedes, I'm known as Miny by my friends.

I'm an argentinean. I'm an advertiser, professionaly speaking, and occupationally speaking. But trully I'm an artist, singer and actress. I play the guitar and I perform in musical theatre.
I'm from San Martin de los Andes, a small city in the Patagonia Argentina. I grew up there and moved to Buenos Aires, the big city, when I finished school, twelve years ago.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on couchsurfing because I love to travel. I would love to spend mi life traveling. That's why I'm here, because I think that the best way to get to know a place is by knowing the people who live in it.
I think it's a great idea to generate a space where travellers from all around the globe can meet and help one another to continue discovering the wonderful places of the world.

Music, Movies, and Books

This is a tough one...
I love reading, and I love movies. I don't like when books are turned into movies, because they never really get it. Nevertheless, I love lots of books and lots of movies.
I'm a Harry Potter fan and I love crime books. My favourite writer in this genre is Henning Mankell, a Swedish author. If you haven't read any of his novels I recommend you the Wallander series.

I love movies, I love going to the cinema and watching them at home, with friends and chocolate. What else can you ask for...?

Regarding music I can hear lots of different kinds of music. But if I could pick one band of all times to go to a concert, I would pick, without a doubt, Queen.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I like to share my experiencies. To share stories, and to get to know my host. I would love to get to know the place I visit through the eyes of a local person. If this person is in love with his/her city the way that I love the ones I've lived in, I'm sure it'll be worth it.
I'm really easygoing and fun to be around. Well, I think I am... I hope once you meet me you can say it for yourself.
