Overview
About Me
I'm skinny but I eat a lot. And by 'a lot' I mean at least twice as much as a normal person. God knows what sort of a black hole I have in my stomach... :P
I'm young and full of life, I want to meet new people and the years spent in international environments made me see the world with different eyes. I'm myself a mixture between a Romanian and a Hungarian, with some Czech and Serbian ancestry in lesser proportions (yeah, I'm from the lovely ethnic melting pot which is Transylvania). I love studying the daily life of the Middle Ages in Central-East Europe (and that's why I reenact it with such passion) and I love conversations!
Oh... I've never been on a plane. Things happened in such way that I've only traveled by car, bike, train or by foot :P
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Since I love travelling so much I chose to combine cheap mobility with meeting new and exciting people. When couchsurfing is unavailable, I prefer the 10-people rooms in cheap youth hostels - the experience is awesome!
Interests
Historical reconstruction and experimental archaeology (since I'm studying this field), walking, especially hiking (I love mountains!), cycling, talking to people and debating various issues (from history to environment and to society), photography (that's why I rarely appear in my own pictures), reading, swinging in hammocks (I bought two specifically for this :D).
