I have been living in İstanbul for years, but for my university education, I live in Ankara right now. Im a sociology student in METU, so basically I really interested in different cultures in terms of their traditions, habits, foods, history, politics, architectures, arts, life styles and of course people who live in there. I
I watch so many films by different directors and regions, so I saw the people and the places from their point of view, and I also want to develop mine and create stories from them. Thats way I like travelling so much.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

Travelling does not mean that seeing touristic places, taking photos and buying gifts while staying in a hostel room. I dont like this kind of trips because of its mechanization. I also want to feel the soul of the cities or villages, so its only possible with communicating people who live in there. I don't want to be in just a touristic travel, I also want to see the daily life. So I am here.

兴趣

I interested in cinema in terms of watching and discussing it and also writing and shooting. I can watch films for days without doing anything, I always lost in fictions.
I also interested in music, I like listening music and also doing music. Although Im not a profession at any kind of instrument, basically I like to play with them.

I like cinema so I have so many favorite directors. Specially I like Scandinavian black comedy such as Hans Peter Moland,with my favorite film Kraftidioten and Anders Thomas Jensen . I also like Jim Jarmusch with his soundtracks, Alfred Hitchchock with his thriller, Martin Scorsese with his original stories, Tarantino with his fetishes, Bresson with his hands, Angelopoulos with his cinematography and Wes Anderson with his symmetry obsession and actually there are so other director which I admire.
I like proggressive, psyhedelic rock music basically like King Crimson, Pink Floyd and also Turkish psyhedelic music such as Erkin Koray and I also like jazz music which are original and included some traditional sound like Dhaffer Joussef.

I paraglided and tried to be a mountain climber in spite of I have an acrophobia =)

I can teach eveything whatever I know. I know basic yoga, I can teach as much as I can. And Im open to eveything in terms of learning and trying. We can share our cultural habits and talk about sociological stuff😉
