Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on Couchsurfing because I love to travel and can not imagine a nicer way to stay in a place than being welcomed into someone's home and having the opportunity to get to know a local or just generally someone who is passionate about travelling!

Interests

I find a lot of things interesting- travelling, reading, learning new languages (currently Indonesian and Arabic), dancing and singing.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like to listen to Passenger, Hudson Taylor, Kodaline and Hozier. When I'm more in the mood for some upbeat music, I usually turn to Kygo or Churches. I like a lot of British Tv shows like Downton Abbey, Sherlock, The Bletchley Circle and Miranda. My all time favourite author is Jane Austen, but I read all kinds of different books. The last one I loved was "Norwegian Wood" by Haruki Murakami.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I lived in Alabama for a year and I got to be an Au Pair to the sweetest little girls. I also spent a semester in Brighton, England and went on research trips to New Delhi, Vietnam and Israel.

Teach, Learn, Share

Hm..I could teach you a bit of German I suppose! :) I've also perfected the art of pancake flipping, if you're interested in that!
