ABOUT ME

I’m a student from Lucerne, Switzerland. Last winter I finished my BA degree in Cultural Science and Social Anthropology. Since I've graduated I've been working in Cambodia for a NGO.
I am easy going and open minded. I like visiting museums and theaters or reading an interesting book as much as going out with my friends.

PHILOSOPHY

The world is a book and those who do not travel read only one page.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

While traveling I often stay with couchsurfers. Unfortunately at the moment I can't host guests myselfe - my shared flat is tiny!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

The most exciting experience I made so far was in Norway. Two friends and I stayed with the best host ever. During the day he worked as a chef cook who provided us with amazing food and during the night he worked as a DJ in a famous club, so he took us there as well. Even though he was utterly busy he also took the time to share the norwegian culture with us.

Interests

Hard to pick just one… I guess attending a cambodian wedding was the craziest thing I did during my last trip.

I can teach you to prepare a swiss cheese fondue!
By traveling I wish to learn as much about different cultures as possible - which is not only important for my studies but rather for myself.
