ABOUT ME

Well, I guess you won't know all about me until you meet me but I will give it a try!
I am a friendly, easy going and open minded person who was lied to. I was told, study hard, go to the university and you will get a successful job that will let you have a great life. BULLSHIT
It would better said, study hard, go to the university to get a crappy job where you will have to work your ass off to barely earn enough money to have a mortgage and a dull life until you retire at the age of 67.
That is why I have decided to learn from life instead of from the classroom. I have started to travel around the world and want to learn from different cultures and people.
I like to enjoy the little things in life and spend some time having a beer or two (or three) while having a laugh.
I guess I should also mention that I love eating and food and cooking is a subject I am always interested on. I like cooking as well but I am not as good at it as I am in eating what I cook ;)
Oh, and I love rugby and recently started fishing!

Any type of music except crapy, non original one :)
Movies, I am not that fan of them but I can still watch and enjoy a good movie. I tend to speak during the film though. Sorry.
Books, I read many and at the same time. From academic books, to novels, philosophical and funny books as well.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I did the Atlantic crossing on a beautiful sailing ship that took me 21 days without seeing land.

Teach, Learn, Share

I want to learn about any subject really. I have always admired the old philosophers who knew a bit (or a lot) about everything and wish to be close to that, even though nowadays it is close to impossible.
Being more concrete I want to learn French, sailing, fishing, surfing, foreign cuisine and biology.
In return I can teach what little I know which basically is related to economics, politics, cooking, rugby. And if you want to learn languages, Spanish and Basque, one of the oldest languages in the world which is said to be as old as the stone age!
