Ciudad Del Este (my city) is the second largest city in Paraguay and capital of the Alto Paraná Department, situated by the Paraná River. Is known as the Triple Frontier, lies in front of the Brazilian city of Foz do Iguaçu (state of Paraná) and also near by (30 minutes away) Iguazu city, Argentina. About 40 minutes away from the Waterfalls (Arg & Br).
Is the third largest commercial city in the world between 1990 and 2002, (Is cheap)
