Since I'm traveling at the moment, I participate by sharing my life and my wisdom with the awesome hosts who put me up.

I've only met great people. Everyone has something to offer the world and I love seeing different kinds of people.

Interests

I am an avid reader, so that takes up a lot of my time; I will read anything! On this backpacking journey I am keeping a blog (baylorfitzgerald.wordpress.com), so writing is also something I fill my time with. Architecture, history, and culture are points of interest for me. And I've always wanted to be a pilot "when I grow up" (: My friend, Kerrigan, and I are certified facilitators in the Blueprint of WE, a really cool collaboration tool used in business and personal relationships (check out the website blueprintofwe.com!).

Music, Movies, and Books

I love all kinds of music! Especially rock, hip hop, blues, and jazz.

I have to many favorite books to be able to list them all haha! Some of my favorite authors are Traci Harding, Ken Follett and some favorite books are: Ishmael by Daniel Quinn, Shantaram by Gregory David Roberts, Ender's Game by Orson Scott Card, and Mutant Message Down Under by Marlo Morgan.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Volunteered with a medical mission trip to Haiti. That was a powerful experience to say the least. We set up a clinic in two villages, Los Palieze and Los Palmas.
