Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Due to circumstances I can not travel as much as I want to but thanks to the couchsurfing experience I can host people from all over the world. This is my way to get in touch with all kinds of people from different cultures. I want to have friends in every country this world counts. So when I'm about to travel there's always an "old" friend I can go to or pay a visit.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've hosted already several people and every single time it was a very cool and fun experience. Who doesn't want to meet new people and making friends from all over the world?? This couchsurfing experience is so exciting! I wish I could do this more often...

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: every movie with a good story but also science-fiction, documentaries. I truly like animation movies like Wall-E, Zootopia, etc. They really make me laugh and sometimes they're really moving too!

Music: Belgium has one of the finest alternative music scenes in Europe. These are some of the best bands you can find in Belgium: dEus, Intergallactic Lovers, Girls in Hawai, The Van Jets, The Blackbox Revelation, Helsinki, Metal Molly, Evil Superstars, Balthazar,... But I like also Rock and Indie-rock like QOTSA, Radiohead, Edward Sharpe and The Magnetic Zeros, Ellioth Smith, Iron And Wine, Nick Drake, The Black Keys, Beach House, Local Natives, Leonard Cohen, Nirvana, MGMT,...
My all time favorite is and always will be... Dire Straits

Books: I'm not really a reader. Music is what keeps me going but occasionally I love to read a good book from Isabella Allende or Gabriel Garcia Marquez

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Waking up during surgery and knocking out the surgeon... Real story!!

Stage diving and knock myself out when my head hit the ground... True story!!

Climbing, going there where only a few people have been before... I have found the love of my life on the summit of Mount Everest... Nope, just bullocks!! ;)

I can teach you the basics of playing guitar...
I can teach you something about Belgian women... They are horrific! Just kidding... they are the best!! ;-)
