ABOUT ME

Hi ! I'm Sebastien and I'm a 26 years old french.

I studied science of education, and before to become a teacher, I take some years to travel and try to learn and discover new things about the world, about peoples and about me.

About me, I can be the worst lazzy guy, who don't move from his computer during days, watching movies, or serials... And I can be a complete really really active guy, who loves to go dance on ridiculous songs, drinking good beers and play society games with his friends, go running, swimming, hiking, working 18 hours a day then spend the night on a stephen king's novel... It depends. I believe i'm more the really active guy, but some time I need to disconnect with the world.

I always travelling by hitchiking, I juste love that, I think it's the best way ever to feel alive, and make some unpredictible nice meeting.

I'm fascinating about education and pedagogic theories. I'm a member of organisations promoting new way of considering childs and their education.

I'm also very interesting about history, actuality and politics, I think it's important to try to understand the world where we live and try to make him better.

I love go to cinema, chill with my computer, read, hike, cook. And meet new peoples and talk with them about everything.

I started to travel with Europe, I visit all south, central and half of eastern Europe, Balkans, Turkey, Caucase. Then I visited Canada and United State for four months. Now I take five months to travel in South America (between each trip, I take few months in France to see my friends, and make some money).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Travelling is nothing if you don't meet new people for share your experiences and learn more about you.

Couchsurfing and hitchiking are the best way to do that.
Meet new peoples and talk with them. In the street, in their car, in their house... I think it's one of the best way to make me better, other peoples better and the world better.

Interests

I'm a huge fan of cinema, I watch lot's and lot's of movies and I can talk during hours of Tarentino's, Rodriguez's, Nolan's, Scorsese's and Snyder's movies. I also love theater specially improvisation theater. I read lot's of books from stephen King, Tolkien or Dan Brown, history books too. I'm not a really good cook but I try to learn and I love eat great and good meal from everywhere.
I love to learn english and italian, travelling, meet new peoples, Hiking...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I made a 300km bicycle trip during winter between Berlin and Poznan (in Poland). Camp in forest during the night. One of my favourite memories of my trip.

Teach, Learn, Share

I believe that the most important thing I can bring to my hosts, or my friends, or people that I met is my experience and vision of life.
I have seen and lived a lot these past three years, and I also take time to try to understand our world and our system, so I love to speak about all of that, and all of discussions, sharing, teach us new reflexions and give us a more accurate vision about life.

I want to learn spanish, then german and improve my english and my italian.
I want to learn new cook's technics.
I want discover new musics from all over the world.
