I am an openminded and outgoing person, who likes meeting and talking to people. Unfortunately I have chosen a profession where I don`t have any contact to other people than my colleagues. So traveling is a good thing for me to do, before I go home and study something else.
I am also good in being on my own, while reading a book, hearing music or organizing my stuff. In some way I`m kind of oldfashioned, because I`m not supporting any social network (besides couchsurfing of course) and would rather read a book out of my bookshelf than on my tablet or an eBook. But if you read that far - I`m not living behind the moon, so don`t worry. I have all that new stuff like a laptop and a smartphone and I came to Canada by plane, not on a ship ;-).
I would have a favourite place to stay for every time of the year. So, in summer I would love to spend my time in an equatorial country, autumn is gorgeous in the Netherlands by the North Sea and in the winter there is almost no better way than being in the Alps (I will explore the Canadian Rockies this winter...). In spring I`d love to be home with my family in Germany and look for chocolate eggs in our garden at Easter.
