I'm Singaporean, aged 24, and have lived in Singapore for all that 24 years. Always inquisitive, willing to learn, explore, and try everything, so go on and tickle me, I dare you ;)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Will work for free accommodation. (Not exactly, but I'll definitely help out in the house.) I'm not very exigent, I'm more interested in meeting you than your couch.

I guess it isn't about the couch you slept on, or the kind of people your hosts are. It's about establishing that special bond to a stranger you met just a couple of days ago; something unique that you hold between you and your new-found friend. It's regardless of where you are, or how friendly your host is. As long as you walk with an open heart, you can be sure that everything and everyone is magical.

Currently on a mission to see the world, to meet new people, to open my eyes. And I'll get there one day, one couch at a time. Meanwhile, maybe we can share a story or two of our past experiences on your couch or something?

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Tried couchsurfing once in Sweden, and had a blast of a time. My hosts were terrific; family dinners, swimming and hiking, house parties!

One day, I shall pass on this blessing to another, because that's what makes the world go round.

Interests

Many things: travelling and meeting people, hunting for nature's best kept secrets, music (indie pop/rock/dance), photography, film, sports (floorball, touch rugby, diving), eating (i'd try anything once!), and even more eating.

Lately I'm venturing into new things; couchsurfing, cooking, diving of sorts etc etc. Many things are worth trying once.
