I'm originally from Istanbul but moved to the capital city Ankara 5 years ago so that I can get my bachelor's degree in sociology & psychology. I've recently graduated, and now I am very much eager to fulfill my insatiable appetite for traveling by taking a gap year in a country I've been dying to go since I was a little kid.

I haven't stayed with a couchsurfer before but I'm really into meeting up with new people. It is always better to have someone local to show you around. So why not meet up with locals and other travelers and explore the city together

Btw, I love trying different tastes and traditional foods when I'm abroad. It doesn't matter whether it is a fancy restaurant or a street food stall, I'm just big on delicious food :) So if you have any suggestions, just let me know! We can try it out together
