Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Staying in a hotel room and going around turist atractions doesn't really interest me. I wish to find people that can guide me towards something in their home town that they find nice themselves or think I might like or just offer me their lovely company. Or maybe they take the time to share with me something that they find interesting or has moved their soul or feel passionate about or just tell me a bit about their lives. And I can just try to return the favore.

And it has to be said: hotels cost a lot, too.

Interests

My own interests or what I know something about:
- My studies in dance art, the body movement rescearch and sensing exercices, as of late I have been feeling my primary way of excisting in the world arises from excisting bodily.
- I have started practising daitoryu aikijujutsu last fall
- I have studied philosophy for one year in university (a lot of it political philosophy)
- This spring I've been very much into figure skating (it was my hobby when I was a kid)
- I enjoy music (and other art forms!) very very much.
- Couple years back I had a phase when I read many books about particle physics and cosmology
- I have realised nature is very dear to me

Or it could be something not traveling related but wouldn't make as good of a story.
