About Me
CURRENT MISSIONS
To have a flavorful taste of life, adventures and everything in between.
To travel to 30 countries before I reach 30!
To live abroad next year and embark on a European trip (2016)
ABOUT ME
-I am a little girl with a big heart for travels and countless adventures.
-I am shy at first but when you get to know me, you'll see how funny and wacky I could be at times.
-I aspire to become a lawyer someday though I am a writer by heart.
-My first love is writing. :)
-I love horror/thriller movies.
-I'm down for anything that will give me that needed adrenaline rush: parasailing, roller coaster rides, etc.
-I am a summer girl. That means I love anything about the beach: swimming, snorkeling, lazying around while I listen to feel-good music or read a book
-I have one greatest fear: HEIGHTS. Though I love testing my limits. :)
-Someday, before I get busy with work and all those boring paper stuff, I would like to embark and challenge myself on a solo backpacking trip.
PHILOSOPHY
Live life to the fullest. We only live once, might as well see all the places that needs to be seen, meet interesting people from all walks of life, do crazy things while you are young, crazy and free, then fall in love all over again. :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I sometimes host couchsurfers whenever I'm in my hometown, Palawan. We have a spare room with a nice bed that we can offer. For a native touch, we also have a nipa hut with one bedroom located in the roof top that couchsurfers can try.
I can also meet couchsurfers in Manila since I live there during the whole school year.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
-I hosted my very first couchsurfers last April 2014 for 4 nights. They were from Poland and I enjoyed touring them around the city.
-The second time I hosted a very funny and nice French Canadian guy for a night. We had drinking session with my friends and I ended up having a black out. That was, by far, the craziest thing I did so far.
-This May, I hosted a Norwegian couchsurfer for a couple of days. We enjoyed lazying around as we watch horror movies. He came back after a week and we went out for like 3 days. We went firefly watching, drank tequila and had an unforgettable river cruise down the Maoyon River.
Interests
I am interested in seeing the world. I love to travel. Though I had only been to Southeast Asian countries, my next bucket list includes a visit to another continent!
