ABOUT ME

I'm Brazilian, I'm from a small and beautiful city called Cabo Frio/ Búzios. I graduated in cinema and my master was about cinema and dance. And now, I'm living in Lisbon for one year to work on my doctorate on cinema and education.
I love my family-friends and friends-family, but I love to travel alone too. I love meeting new people, discovering new places, big cities... I want to travel around the world, but I also love my place. I've learned to love the quiet moments, I miss the sound of the sea sometimes.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've just started my relationship with CS. In this moment, I'm not able to offer couch because I'm living in Lisbon with other students, but in the future, when I back home, I can offer my couch. :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I don't have much experience in CS. But I have friend's couches and I love their experiences.
I've already traveled during a month, staying in hostels around Argentina and Chile and it was a great experience because I was traveling alone. I met people from different places of the world, and some of them are good friends now.
So the project of CS isn't so new for me...

Music, Movies, and Books

I love Brazilian music. I need to listen to more world music, but I like classic music, blues, some rock, some reggae...
Some directors of cinema of whom I love many of their movies: Chaplin, Buñuel, Fellini, Bergman, Eduardo Coutinho, Agnès Varda, Truffaut, Lynch, Almodóvar Maya Deren, Karim Aïnouz and many others.
I love literature, but I really need to read more. For years, I have been reading books on cinema, educatio etc. But besides Brazilian literature, I read and appreciate some of Cortázar, Borges, Neruda, Mia Couto, Saramago, Henry Miller and Anaïs Nin.
