Overview
About Me
I'm a 23-year-old girl who studies psychology and marketing. I love meeting with new cultures, like-minded people. I am an easy-going person and I can adapt to changes easily. I have been volunteering as a psychological counselor in different non-governmental organizations for years, and I want to continue my study in trauma, social psychology, refugee integration and gender studies. I believe that we all have something to learn from each person. My interest to explore different cultures started with an AIESEC project in my hometown and I hosted a girl from Prague for three weeks. It was an amazing experience both for me and my parents who don't know English. It's been almost 10 years from that experience and we are still in contact.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I believe that Couchsurfing is a better way to explore the world like a local. I want to meet like-minded people from all around the world and expand my horizon. When I was in Belgrade, I used Couchsurfing for the first time with my close friend and we had great fun with our hosts. When we exchange a lot of things from our cultures and personalities I realized that every person has a different story and we expand our horizon by learning from different cultures and other social interactions. I also live with my friends in a flat for five years and I get used to guests, common living and I also enjoy it.
I prefer to be spontaneous and nomad rather than organized trips, that's why I am here.
Interests
My biggest interest is music, I love concerts, festivals. I am now trying to learn to play the ukulele and using Garageband.
I am a foodie, I love cooking and trying different tastes, I prefer to adopt a plant-based diet.
I think that I will be a crazy cat lady in the future.. I adore cats and have two cats.
I love doing meditation and yoga. Also mindfulness exercises. I create mindfulness and yoga materials and exercises for kids. I think it is a great way to escape when you don't have an option to travel:)

Teach, Learn, Share
When I was 13 years old, I told my parents that I want to meet foreigner people or travel. Since I could not had an opportunity to go abroad that time, I found a program called "Friendship Force" where you can host others from all around the world. I made my parents registered and we had a guest from United States. SHE was 85 years old. I was totally shocked at the first time but I learned a lot from her for two weeks and it was my first Couchsurfing experience happened when I dont know what Couchsurfing is. :)
