I participate fully in life and yeah once in a while I spend a day recuperating on the couch with a good movie.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My first trip overseas in 2013- conquered my fear of flying, stood under the Eiffel Tower and wept tears of complete joy and happiness! Getting lost on the train between countries, having no idea where I was and not really caring, just looked out the window and took it all in.
Went to India in 2015, changed me forever!

I am trained in crystal and energy healing and love to introduce people to Reiki and sound healing.
