ABOUT ME

I am 20 years old and I'm a part of evolving community living on a farm. I'm an expressive and empathetic person. I enjoy playing a guitar, singing, performing arts, traveling by hitchhiking. I prefer active outdoor activities.

PHILOSOPHY

Lively Village is an ecological project, envolving several farmsteads (currently two but expected to increase in the near future), in which farming activities are practised by trying not to intervene in the natural processes, but seeking to adapt to the natural environment and enrich its biologic diversity. The priorities of farming activities are cultivated plants and livestock integration into natural environment, ancient cultural plants spieces and livestock breeds preservation and reproduction.

Interessen

Some of our activities:
- taking care of the garden;
- pasturing of live-stock;
- care of poultry and rabbits;
- haying with scythe;
- picking of berries, mushrooms and eatable plants at the forest, fishing;
- ancient crafts: leather tanning; spinning threads (from angora wool); felting from sheep wool.

Lehren, lernen, teilen

All interested can visit, stay, participate in farms' activities and learn by observing or engaging in the processes. The practical outdoor seminars on natural farming and stock-raising are organized at the farm from May to October inclusive, every first weekend of the month.
