Hello there! My name is Alicia Björnsdotter, 22 years old, from Sweden. I am currently studying political science in Uppsala but will spend the this upcoming year at McGill University here in Montreal! I hope to meet some of you couchsurfers whilst I'm here :)

I am a very easy-going person who likes spending time with new people and learning new things. I enjoy causal dinners, picnics, bar-crawls or movie nights with nice people. Before I started studying I travelled everywhere from New Zealand to Alaska and from Malawi to Pyongyang. I love sharing travel-stories with others who are as interested in the world as I am!

At the moment I'm trying to learn French and Swahili... If anyone here is interested (for some reason...) to learn some Swedish (or perhaps just get a free coffee ;)) and happens to know any of those languages I would love to meet up for a coffee and some language-exchange!

I think CS might be one of the best websites in existence. Without it my travels just wouldn't have been the same. I've stayed with and met with so many fantastic people and hopefully I will meet many more this time around :)
