I am currently living in Malmö, Swden and using this opportunity to travel around Europe when I have some free time. I love to dance, and try new things (especially food!!). I love new experiences, which is what I hope to encounter on my travels. I don't want to be a tourist I want to be immersed in the culture of the land I'm in.

I am new to couchsurfing...so I'm just looking for a couch to surf. I'd be willing to teach some basic yoga to anyone who would like to learn :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was a Lithuanian folk dancer and preformed in Dainu Svente in 2014....however I am not Lithuanian nor do I speak Lithuanian (also all the instructions were taught in Lithuanian) but I was asked to join the group from Canada because they needed more female dancers.
So I agreed to join the group, learn the dances, and fly to Lithuanian and perform in front of hundreds of people.
It was one of the greatest experiences of my life, I was fully immersed in a culture that was different from my own. The people I got to dance with were Lithuanians from all over the world. Each had their own unique stories and idea's of their own culture.
Dance, and art for that matter, really bring people together.
