About Me
Hi guys !
I'm 26 years old, French, currently doing a PhD in Australia, traveling and discovering the world, becoming an adult in the process.. :)
What else can I say to describe myself..
I'm a learner. I think a lot. but I can be quite lazy sometimes. I love animals. I hate Monopoly. I guess I'm a kind of rational treehugger in some ways.. I love being alone in my head but I am getting my energy from people and I'm very sociable. I love people who ask me embarrassing questions and make me lough. I don't like hypocrisy though I would never generate a conflict unless really necessary. I don't take life too seriously I guess..
I'm starting to realize that happiness is just a mind-set. There is good to take out of every situation and I can be happy whatever happens. Working on it!

Music, Movies, and Books
Movies:
- Django Unchained, never enjoyed watching asses being kicked so much!
- Hayao Miyazaki, Charlie Chaplin and Michel Gondry are geniuses.
Music: I seem to be particularly sensitive to electric guitar solos, heavy drums and powerful voices;))... But I'm open to all sorts of music! My top ten of the moment: Dream Theater, Blind Guardian, Pain of Salvation, System of a Down, Cat Stevens, Bjork, Muse, Damien Rice, Megadeth, Travis
Books:
- Philosophy: the philosopher and the wolf (best book ever read, recommend it to everyone), the limits to growth (about the mistakes of capitalism and the impossibility of endless growth in a finite world),
- Novels: the unbearable lightness of being, Jane Eyre (the most beautiful love story ever)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
A meditation course in India: 10 days of not talking and being isolated from the outside world. Then volunteering and travelling around south India for 3 months.
My two-year studies in Norway, joining a small community of researchers who want to make the world a better place.
A visit to a mine site in the Australian desert, one week in the middle of nowhere, incredibly beautiful landscapes contrasting with the creepy huge waste dumps
