Interests

I love discovering new places and things.Whether it is a small local cafe,a beautiful wiew of nature or just a great book or a new recipe...those small things are delightful.

Sports. I`ve been playing basketball for 12 years,so this one is the closest to my heart,but I also enjoy hiking,going on roadtrips,snowboarding,playing volleyball,geocaching and participating in competitions that include cycling,running, orienteering.

I also have this artistic side of my personality. Therefore,I really like drawing, reading,writing stories and poems, making things according to the concept "DIY", attending different culture events,such as concerts,theaters,art galleries.

Nature. I really love spending time in nature. It fulfils me with energy and positive vibes. Not only I spend time in nature..I also try to take care of it. As much as I can,I`m trying to live "green" and do as few harm as I can to it.

Although most of the time I`m into active things,sometimes all I really need is a calm evening with my friends,some movie or table game...or just a good book. :)

Coldplay is my all-time favourite.
Otherwise there is a broad range of music genders that fit my taste..rock,indie, some classical music... Lately local latvian musicians have captured my attention,e.g., Prata Verta,The Sound Poets, Goran-Gora,Astro'n'out.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

This year I walked 143 km in 2 days among the seashore with bunch of awesome people. That was an unforgettable adventure, where I tested my limits and power of will, met new gorgeous people who became close friends of mine, and enjoyed beautiful evenings,sunrises. It was a great opportunity to clear my mind from unnecessary stuff and set new goals.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can`t really provide a place to stay right now,but I can give a tour in Riga and other beautiful and unusual places in Latvia.
