About Me
It is always ankward to describe oneself, but I'll try my best, keeping it short.
I am PhD student on environmental justice, so I love philosophy, talking with people and discover their points of view and spend time observing animals.
I love to travel and discover new places and cultures, and to keep learning. I'd say that I am a rather calm person, doing things my own rhytm (or sometimes procrastinating a lot!). I'm a writter, too, and I love poetry and share it with people. Probably the most exciting conversation I can have is about literature or about japanese animation!
I've live in France and Croatia, and currently I'm looking forwards to move to Belgium. Although my dream would be to expend some time at Mexico and Chile. I really want to travel all Latin America!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
A friend told me about it a long long time ago. Back those days it was an amazing concept for me I never eard about, so I had to try it myself. And late, one of my roommates, in France, used it too, so we hosted some people and we had the opportunity to share some time with them
Interests
I love literature of mostly all kinds (though not a big fan of mistery). Music is also vital for me (I'm learning tenor sax). Culture in general, I would say.
I also love sports and I've practise a lot of them througout my whole life, although lately I'm acting more sentary than I would like to admit! But at least I try to go and hike as much as I can, or going to the sea and swim a bit.
And of course I love nature and animals, birds in particular are my soft spot. I could expend hours talking about how amazing they are

Music, Movies, and Books
I admire Stan Getz above any other, and I love all the songs he recorded with Joao Gilberto.
But, in general, I enjoy almost any kind of music
Ghibli and Tarantino movies! (among many, many many others)
I think this is one of the greatest books I've ever read and what I would dream to ever write: The God of the Small Things, by Arundhaty Roy
