Hi,
my name is Katerina and I am from the Czech republic. I study law at Charles University of Prague.
During school year 2012/2013 I lived in French speaking part of Belgium like an AFS exchange student for ten months. Now, I am a volunteer in this organization. I really like it. As an AFS volunteer, I´m meeting foreign students from the whole world.

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

"When in Rome, do as the Romans do." - I think that this quote explains a lot.

I like to meet new people and learn about their culture and their language.

I lived 10 months in a host family in Belgium. Thanks to this family and my belgian friends I could discover and learn much more than when I would be there like a normal tourist. :)

I like to travel and I think that the best thing how to discover some place it´s to meet locals.

Couchsurfing is a great opportunity to get to know local people, learn about their culture and place and have friends abroad.

And I am a student so I don´t have usually enough money to buy a room in hotel... :)

Interessen

Like other couchsurfers I love travelling, meeting new people, discovering other cultures, countries and learning new languages.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

It´s impossible for me to write only one amazing thing I´ve done.

I won´t never regret that I decided to go abroad to Belgium for ten months. I spent there an amazing time. It was an awesome experience. I lived in a host family. I made a lot of friends from Belgium and from all over the world
Now, I don´t have only my czech family. I have family in Belgium as well.
