In Europe again for the first time in a few years. Bicycle touring around, through and over the Alps.

ABOUT ME

From New Zealand's South Island, growing up on the west coast, studying on the east. In more recent times I've lived, travelled and worked in the UK and a few places around Europe. Now living in Auckland working at the beach and enjoying the Kiwi lifestyle.
On the road once more, riding my bicycle. Feels good to be moving, meeting new folk, experiencing new things.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

In the last few years I have travelled mostly throughout Europe but also within Africa. During this time I have stayed with a number of Couchsurfers and have always enjoyed my time meeting and staying with very kind local folk.
At home in Auckland I've been going to CS evenings, sharing a drink with visitors to Auckland.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Mostly brief stays, but always positive experiences meeting people from around the world even if only for a short time. I have met some fantastic people and have made some good friends through CS.

Interests

Bike touring right now. Reading, writing a little. Mountains. The ocean. Adjusting my view of the world. People with mad theories. People that care.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I walked for two days with one of my closest friends, through forests and mountains to visit the world's clearest lake water.
