About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Carpe Diem can be my motto; Enjoy life to the fullest; Learn the good things that humanity and life as such have.
ABOUT ME
Well my name is Juan Pablo; I `m 36 years old; Neurologist. I am currently in Montreal, doing complementary training in stroke; Apart from medicine, I like music; I had some violin courses in my childhood, but where I really feel comfortable is in Latin percussion; I am a fan of Salsa and especially the classic Salsa of the 60s and 70s, honoring my city, Cali, which is known worldwide as one of the capitals of salsa; I love to cook and above all to cook for the people around me; Traveling is one of the greatest pleasures; I lived for 4 years in Joliette where I was able to learn a little French and meet people who have enriched my life enormously; I spent 2 months in the charming country of Mali in West Africa; Cuba; My last trip was to the sister countries of Ecuador and Peru.
PHILOSOPHY
I like simple things and people, as the Argentine singer-songwriter Facundo Cabral used to say;
"I like simple people
who calls wine wine,
the one that calls bread bread
and enemy to enemy
The one that gives itself entirely and has no intermediaries
the one who shares with me the respect for miracles"
Share , believe in solidarity , in the beauty of looking at a landscape ; Talk to an old man from whom you can learn a lot; Play with a child...

Music, Movies, and Books
Black cat, white cat from Kusturica one of my favorite movies although I have many;
I love music very, very much, from Bach to the Sonoro Ponceña going through each one of the musical traditions that the towns have;
I really like Kundera when it comes to books; I was very charmed by the unbearable lightness of being;
