I settled in Playa Hermosa to do what I love the most, so I am living on the beach and working as a teacher in a Montessori school. Since I took a break from traveling, it is now my turn to welcome travelers 🏡

Hello couchsourfing family!

Im Silvia, I grew up in Catalonia, Spain but I have been travelling for the last 10 years, since I finished my studies. I am a school teacher and a Yoga teacher.
During my travels I like exploring nature more than cities, do trails and stay with locals to be in touch with the community and life style of the place.

From the last year I travel with my Service Dog, Tala, who I rescued in California. She is super sweet and smart and because she is certified as a service animal I can travel with her by plane and everywhere I go, and she gets along with all humans and animals.
I love travelling because it gives me a unique feeling of gratitude, takes me out of my perspective, makes me feel like the time goes slow and fast at the same time and mostly because all the amazing people you meet and their stories and experiences shared with them.
