Overview
About Me
A student of Structural Engineering in a mid-sized city of Ljubljana, Slovenia. I've always been trying hard to join studying and travel. Experience from hiking around meant a big motivation and additional energy to continue doing everything I love. Apart from college, I love music and world geography, my ultimate goal is to visit all of the countries on my top 10 list (which includes some Carribean islands, Iceland and Canada). I used to collect postal stamps and play soccer as a youngster, therefore I still like to entertain myself with a sports game or two, either played or watched with locals in a sports bar. Last but not least, I love all of the meals involving mushrooms (talking about regular ones from the forest, not the energizing and experimental variation!).
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Getting to know local culture from a local's perspective is one of the biggest treasures a traveller can obtain without having to dig through heavy rocks or chop through dense jungle. A kind approach is required for new acquaintances to be made and memories created,

Music, Movies, and Books
Variety of world music genres all the way from Carribean Soca, bluegrass from the hills of West Virginia to Mexican rancheras and French-Creole zydeco or Colombian salsa. Have been reading travel and geography books, engineering and technology magazines. Drama and History movies are my #1 movie choices!
